Your Mission

As Head of Customer Growth & Experience, you’ll lead all aspects of how customers discover, interact with, and love YOUNG Deals. You’ll drive marketing performance, customer satisfaction, and enhance the digital presence of our brand. This leadership role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, data-driven thinking, and a strong sense of ownership, ready to help us scale across Spain and beyond. Your Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
2. Define and manage the content strategy across social media, newsletters, and web
3. Write high-performing, SEO-optimized, and emotionally engaging copy
4. Develop and run email campaigns with clear funnel logic and CRM flows
5. Manage seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine’s Day)
6. Oversee customer support via email, social media, and post-sale follow-up
7. Assist in uploading and optimizing experiences on the platform
8. Analyze the customer journey monthly to improve UX and conversions
9. Benchmark competitors and innovate quickly
10. Report monthly on sales, traffic, and growth KPIs

Who You Are

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or startup/scale-up environments
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken)
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and Google Drive
• Strong writer with emotional intelligence and commercial instinct
• Analytical, structured, yet creative and hands-on
• Passionate about user experience, design, and storytelling
• Motivated to grow something meaningful beyond just executing tasks
