Skydance Animation Madrid is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development trainee to join our studio!

Our internship program offers unique learning opportunities. You will have the chance to network with Skydance leaders, learn transferable skills, and gain real-world experience. It is an ideal experience for those transitioning from the classroom to the industry.

This is a paid internship that will be held onsite.

Responsibilities

1. Support the L&D team members in onboarding processes, training actions, and documentation structure.
2. Assist with the coordination of trainings, including invites, room arrangements, and attendance tracking.
3. Ensure all audiovisual content for the learning site meets quality standards, including editing, uploading, creating SharePoint pages, updating metadata, and catalog management.
4. Follow up on training activities by downloading reports, managing surveys, sending reminders, and handling documentation signatures.
5. Follow the guidance of Tutors.

Requirements

1. Availability for at least 3 months onsite, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
2. Currently enrolled in the final year of an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s program at an accredited institution in teaching, communications, or HR.
3. Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
4. Knowledge of video editing is desirable.
5. Knowledge of SharePoint and/or Power Apps is desirable.
6. Highly motivated and interested in animation and technology.
7. Good team player.
8. High level of English proficiency.
