What you will do in this role

• Lead the team to achieve specific business and performance targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date CRM data.
• Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays.
• Stay informed on market and client service developments.
• Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly.
• Maintain communication with the Sales Director and clients to foster relationships.
• Ensure team understands and achieves operating, sales, and client performance targets.
• Coordinate team incentives and sales performance funds.
• Build business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.

Your qualifications

• Proficient in Italian and advanced in English.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• Passion for customer experience and team results.
• Experience in operations and strategy.
• Excellent coaching skills and employee development record.
• Experience maximizing revenue and working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Problem-solving skills as a manager.
