Job Responsibilities :

• Greet, guide, and generally attend to customers entering the establishment. Respond to their questions and / or complaints.
• Arrange the sales point, prepare product shelves, optimize spaces, and seek product complementarity.
• Handle product placement and restocking in the warehouse following established criteria and procedures, maintaining order and cleanliness in different areas.
• At receipt of goods, check the condition and characteristics of products, verify delivery notes, and report any issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Process payments via POS terminals or manual methods (cash registers).
• Manage store administration related to cash closing, count cash to ensure accuracy and sufficient change.
• Implement customer loyalty actions as directed and promote membership to the Tramuntana club and app usage.
• Update price tags, security devices, and package goods if necessary.
• Open and / or close the store as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges.
• Keep the establishment clean and organized.
• Procure change, rolls for the cash register, bags, and other items.

Candidate Profile :

• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and French
• At least 1 year of experience in the tobacconist sector
• Basic skills : teamwork, good customer service, organizational skills, agility, and versatility
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
