Job in Germany : ERP Inhouse Project Manager (m / f / d)

We’re hiring a ServiceNow Order Management & SPM Consultant for a 100% remote role based in Spain. Fluency in Spanish is required. We have openings for both contract and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate in design workshops and implement practical solutions.
• Focus on delivering process designs with minimal customizations.
• Design and implement Order Management and Service Portfolio Management solutions.
• Integrate with third-party tools and manage Customer Service Management (CSM) portals.

Required Skills :

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in Order Management & SPM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and integrations.
• Familiarity with CSDM and sales / ordering processes.
• Fluent in Spanish.
