Duties and Responsibilities :
- Gain industry and market expertise through project participation to provide benchmark insights to clients.
- Understand sector and industry trends to help develop new products and services aligned with client needs.
- Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals supporting the sales team.
- Identify when cross-service line expertise is needed to enhance client advisory.
- Implement mechanisms to identify and manage commercial risks during presales.
- Analyze and communicate risks before project initiation and participate in delivering complex, risky projects in coordination with Operations.
- Develop methodologies to improve team work and outcomes.
- Establish and execute communication strategies within the team.
- Manage and develop team talent, utilizing tools for better organizational management.
- Conduct logical analysis, problem-solving, and data sharing to support team objectives.
- Motivate and support team members to foster commitment and achievement of objectives.
Experience and Skills :
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role, such as Project Manager or Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of platform functionalities, development, organization, time management, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
- Extensive experience in analyzing business processes and client needs.
- Proficiency with core technologies related to the applications implemented.
- Experience collaborating with business and tech teams to improve services and customer experience.
