Junior Solar Pv Account Manager

Main Tasks

• Visit installers or key customers in the Iberia region, promote current Huawei promotions, and guide installer community registration.
• Address daily questions from installers on site. If questions cannot be answered immediately, collect and report them to the relevant internal departments for solutions.
• Publicize new product launch information to installers and highlight key selling points.
• Re-engage installers to use Huawei products and maintain ongoing relationships.

Background and Previous Experience

• Sales background preferred, with 1-2 years of experience in PV industry, either in distribution or installation.

Requirements

• Business-oriented, self-motivated, willing to travel.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Quick learner with an engineering or technical background; knowledge of power supply and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset and openness to an international environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Independent, well-organized, with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
• Service-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
