We are a specialized company in the chemical industry focusing on polymer solutions for wind turbine rotor blades. We are a team of innovators and idealistic experts, and our challenge is to transform society’s mindset through renewable energies. We work with the most important global manufacturers of wind turbine blades operating internationally.

Mission :

Lead and coordinate operational activities of the production plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service standards. Effectively manage the production team, composed of plant operators, shift, and warehouse supervisors, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance to ensure operational success.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and supervise daily operations in the production plant.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team including plant operators, shift, and warehouse supervisors.
  • Supervise and coordinate the construction and commissioning of the new manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure the achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor continuous improvements in production processes and workflows.
  • Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across plant activities.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to maximize overall efficiency.
  • Undertake occasional annual travel to locations in Europe, Asia, or the Americas.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, providing data-driven insights and strategic improvement plans.

Academic and professional background required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical).
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level minimum).
  • +7 years of engineering experience working in production plants and industrial environments.

Preferred (considered as a plus) :

  • Previous experience in team management, well-versed in chemical product testing and understanding of polymer materials.
  • Familiarity with lean principles (Six Sigma) and basic skills in any programming language or software for data analysis.
