Commercial Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Service contract administration
2. Register maintenance contracts in the appropriate system and issue yearly invoicing
3. Create renewal opportunities in the appropriate system
4. Follow up on renewal opportunities in collaboration with the commercial sales organization and customer care manager
5. Prepare maintenance contracts, including review of the installation equipment lifecycle and age, generate quotes based on available price lists and tools, and create standard contract proposal documents
6. Communicate and follow up on contract proposals with partners/end-customers, and record all calculations and documents for future reference
7. Coordinate contract document review by the legal department
8. Coordinate legal or commercial documents for maintenance contract tenders
9. Follow up on the signature flow for all contract documents and file them in appropriate systems
10. Assist in creating and maintaining work instructions and workflows
11. Assist in testing and providing recommendations for new work tools and service offerings
