This is a unique opportunity to join a team of ex-Top Tier Strategy Consultants, working as a SWAT team for the EMEA South CEO within the Chief Commercial Office (CCO) organization.

Our goal is to deliver business transformation enabled by technology and AI. We need individuals who can develop deep insights into large, sophisticated enterprises and help shape their transformation agendas.

This role combines frontline commercial execution with strategic thinking. You will collaborate with our Enterprise and Commercial sales teams on major sales opportunities in EMEA Growth Markets, engaging with C-level customers and providing structure, insights, and leadership to close deals. Responsibilities include defining account strategies, delivering C-level value propositions, justifying investments, and developing complex deal structures and proposals. You will work with other CCO teams to ensure solutions are industry-aligned and technically feasible to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Define the commercial strategy with sales teams, prioritizing initiatives based on problems, value potential, and strategic priorities
  • Build and present compelling investment justifications to secure customer funding for Salesforce solutions, analyzing key business drivers
  • Develop attractive deal structures and articulate the value of proposals
  • Create and deliver compelling C-level propositions to support strategic technology decisions

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a Top-Tier Strategy Consulting Firm is strongly preferred
  • Seniority level depends on experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create insights, quantify them, and communicate recommendations to CxOs
  • Influencing skills; self-starter with high energy
  • Interest in Technology & Enterprise Software industry
  • Experience in strategic consultative selling
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in financial services is desirable
  • Willingness to travel
  • MBA degree is strongly preferred
