Rpa Developer - Tech Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious individual to join our Operation Automation team as an Automation Lead Developer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UiPath, Python, and business process automation, providing exposure to various business processes.

The role involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform requirements into features, managing development processes, and conducting testing and maintenance. Responsibilities include translating user requirements into technical specifications, coding, designing, and supporting system security and debugging.

Job Responsibilities :

• Independently manage automation projects from feasibility analysis through design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Translate user needs into technical specifications and facilitate technical requirements gathering.
• Develop, test, and document software throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
• Ensure code / configurations meet security, logging, error handling, and performance standards.
• Assess new technologies for compatibility and impact on existing systems.
• Follow release management and version control standards.
• Interpret and document client requirements accurately.
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems independently.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

• 7+ years relevant experience with a related degree or equivalent
• Previous banking experience preferred
