Job Description of Customer Service Technical Specialist

Location : Madrid, Spain

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the Field Force team meets promoter requirements on time, maintaining quality and quantity standards.
  • Standardize management regulations for promoters, including recruitment and elimination procedures based on business needs.
  • Manage promoter attendance data and generate attendance reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Implement the Promoter Belonging Project according to retail team plans.

Your Profile includes :

  • Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish (local language).
  • Business proficiency in English.
