As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will play a key role in governing and designing the architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with global standards while driving innovation in integration, security, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in IT or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of IT experience in multinational environments.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow governance, administration, DevOps, and integration technologies.
  • Deep understanding of IT processes, ITIL framework, and Agile methodologies.
  • Solid background in solution architecture concepts, standards, and patterns.
  • Experience in technology selection and evaluation processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define ServiceNow platform architecture & development standards and provide advisory services for major ServiceNow projects.
  • Oversee cross-platform operations, including landscape management, upgrades, system health monitoring, and audits.
  • Proactively analyze technology trends & business demands to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow innovations through learning, conferences, and industry focus groups.
  • Lead and participate in the evaluation of new technologies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Continuously improve and promote ServiceNow lifecycle management tools, DevOps principles, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Promote and govern Citizen Development practices within the ServiceNow platform.
