Descripción del empleo

We're seeking a personable and pragmatic Senior HR Business Partner to proactively support a varied client group (predominantly Commercial) across our Iberia cluster (c. 120 employees). You will provide best practice HR support, coaching, and guidance, while promoting high-performance working across the business. Working in partnership with Line Managers and Senior Management Teams, you'll take time to understand their departments, challenges, and opportunities, building strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders.

Supporting the full HR lifecycle, you'll act as a critical ally for your client group, providing practical HR services aligned with company policies, objectives, and employment legislation. You will facilitate smooth implementation of people plans and processes, taking quick action and engaging in direct conversations to mitigate problems early. Drawing on your broad HR experience, you'll adapt quickly to issues such as investigations, performance, and case management, resolving situations resourcefully and compliantly. You'll also collaborate with Centres of Excellence on projects like resourcing campaigns and L&D initiatives, and equip managers with tools and knowledge to foster positive employee relations. Additionally, you will work on a range of HR continuous improvement projects.

The Person :

  • Significant experience in a fast-paced senior HRBP role, with a broad generalist HR skillset supporting day-to-day issues, case management, and HR projects.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment within an international or global organization.
  • Experience supporting highly regulated environments (e.g., food, pharma, finance) with an understanding of operating within compliance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting Commercial groups, especially field sales employees, with a strong understanding of their motivations and work styles, and the ability to think creatively about HR approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), able to relate confidently to people of all backgrounds, building trust and credibility.
  • Confident in diplomatically explaining standards, minimizing risk, and influencing outcomes or change.
  • Keen eye for detail, methodical work approach, with good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
  • Ethical, approachable, balanced, and driven to maintain high professional integrity.
  • A HR degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English is required.
