MISSION

The Sneaker Maker role focuses on Co-creation services, transforming GG items into distinctive pieces that resonate with client needs and identity. This role involves crafting custom sneakers and providing a personalized, empathetic co-creation experience that fosters strong connections with clients and the brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques.
• Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience, maintaining brand values and storytelling.
• Support sales through cross-selling and up-selling, including pre-sale and post-sale activities such as inventory management and customer loyalty efforts.
• Register customers on the Golden App for effective segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation area according to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
• Use IT and digital tools effectively (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance processes and engagement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Sales experience, preferably in retail or customer service.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• Artistic skills, including hand-drawings, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery, and basic sewing.
• Empathy, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
• High school degree at minimum; design background is preferable.
