Lead marketing activities from ideation to execution, focusing on growth and profitability. Build partnerships to increase brand awareness, customer base, online visits, and drive conversions. Coordinate paid media, email marketing, influencer marketing for our DTC site and Amazon, managing attribution systems, influencer processes, and affiliate programs. Ensure all assets are up to date across channels and continuously improve imagery, videos, and copy. Own website improvements, monitor performance, and optimize for conversion. Oversee organic social media presence and strategy with the social media manager. Analyze shopper behavior, website traffic, and monitor CAC, CPC, and other KPIs. Collaborate with social media marketing, customer service, and management to drive growth strategies. Research industry competitors and trends. Manage external vendors and evaluate partner performance. Approach marketing initiatives entrepreneurially to achieve profitable results. Ensure brand consistency across properties, messages, channels, and assets. Supervise social media growth, review content regularly, and develop email marketing strategies. Lead influencer marketing by identifying key influencers and potential new partners.

The candidate: We seek a hands-on, organized, flexible individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Project management skills are essential, with a proven record of setting objectives and executing plans. Visual and creative skills, including graphic design and aesthetic sensibility, are highly valued. Deep empathy for customers, strong decision-making skills, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent writing and analytical skills, and results orientation are required. A fun, curious, and continuously learning attitude is important.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 4+ years' experience in brand management or marketing within CPG, bilingual in English, experience in the USA is a bonus, graphic design skills, and familiarity with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
