Manager Payroll / Nómina

At Auxadi, we are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing services to multinational clients according to the client portfolio assigned.

Leading your team, you will manage a portfolio of payroll multinational clients located in Spain, overseeing projects and ensuring they meet the firm's KPIs.

You will coordinate, among other tasks, the following responsibilities of the payroll team, establishing controls to ensure proper process execution:

1. Gross to net calculations
2. Production and delivery of payslips
3. Social Security contributions
4. Management and coordination of monthly salaries
5. Labour reviews (employees' registrations, deregistrations, temporary disabilities, etc.)
6. Dismissals and redundancies
7. Preparation and adaptation of contracts
8. Benefits and other compensations
9. Payroll-related taxes

Skills and Requirements:

• Professional with 7+ years of experience in payroll management
• Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on Labour Relations
