Job Title : Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Barcelona . This hybrid role (2 days per week on-site) focuses on hunting and closing new business opportunities across the retail sector , selling innovative SaaS solutions in the FinTech, cloud, and data space.

You’ll be working with cutting-edge technology that’s transforming how financial services and retail organizations manage data, workflows, and operations. If you're a deal-closer with a passion for building relationships and driving growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level deals
  • Target and develop strategic accounts within the retail vertical
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and product demos to negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Stay up to date with market trends in FinTech, cloud, and data software

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of software sales experience
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business
  • Experience selling into or engaging with retail or enterprise clients
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a consultative sales cycle
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or other European languages a plus
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
