Our Team: The Procurement Team is a central part of Cimpress Services, offering strategic services to help deliver high-quality, customized products to customers. Cimpress is a technology-driven company specializing in aggregating small, customized orders across print, signage, apparel, and similar products.

What You Will Do: As a Senior Procurement Manager (CAPEX), you will lead procurement strategies, manage suppliers, and oversee sourcing activities. Responsibilities include:

  1. Market & Category Strategy: Conduct market research, develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, and drive cost savings and innovation.
  2. Supplier Management: Build relationships with global suppliers, lead negotiations, and ensure high standards in cost, quality, and sustainability.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product development, operations, finance, and leadership to align sourcing strategies.
  4. Risk & Compliance Oversight: Identify supply chain risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop mitigation plans.
  5. Balanced Leadership: Promote eco-friendly and ethically responsible sourcing practices to meet ESG goals.
  6. Innovation Support: Collaborate with product teams, utilize supplier insights, and identify improvement opportunities.

This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, adaptability, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Global travel of 20-30% is expected.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading strategic procurement in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of business analysis, costing, and TCO models.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation and contract interpretation.
  • Proven leadership skills across varying levels of expertise.

Nice to Have: Engineering background and proficiency in additional languages like German, Italian, French, or Mandarin.
