About the role
First things first : you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this : We’re looking for a Recruiter who can partner closely with our Product and Technology teams to attract and engage exceptional talent across engineering, product management, data, and design. This is not about volume, it’s about precision, quality, and long-term impact.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our product organisation by identifying, engaging, and hiring the people who will help us build resilient, scalable software for the hospitality industry. Your work will directly support Mews’ ability to execute on roadmap-critical initiatives and ensure our teams are staffed thoughtfully and intentionally as we scale.
You’ll also contribute to key TA projects focused on raising our standards, whether it’s building a more inclusive hiring process, improving interview training, or evolving how we tell our story to world-class talent.
