Your Mission

• You manage all daily operational aspects of the hotel and its different sales points, in accordance with the vision of Hively Hospitality, the requirements of the Ibis Styles brand, and local regulations, in collaboration with the operations management and support team.
• You aim for (or exceed!) the qualitative and quantitative objectives set for this hotel.
• You are a driving force for the development strategy and overall performance of the entire hotel and F&B activity, including the commercialization of the meeting room.

We Offer You

• An annual salary paid over 14 months with an annual bonus based on objectives, up to 30% of your annual base salary.
• Preferred employee rates within our Hively network.

Your Skills And Profile

• Language: French is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a GM position, ideally within the Accor scope.
• You want to join a united, energetic, and professional team.
• Strong background in hotel and F&B management with proven profitability achievements, while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
• A strong operational manager.
