As a Security Documentation Technician, you will:

What will you do

  • Create and modify document templates to meet business requirements
  • Collect market information on security document issuance globally by liaising with stakeholders
  • Contribute to testing and enhancing the Thales Document Verification product
  • Support customers in maintaining high-quality Document Verification solutions
  • Monitor security document coverage within global circulation
  • Maintain metadata and documentation related to security documents
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your manager

To do this, you should have

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Criminology, or related field
  • Experience in security document production or inspection, with knowledge of verification technologies and software
  • Understanding of forensic analysis of security documents
  • Expertise in security features and document production techniques
  • Knowledge of global standards for identity and travel documents
  • Familiarity with image processing techniques
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • Soft skills: proactive, team player, creative, autonomous, detail-oriented

Valued additional skills

  • Experience with software development and integration tools
  • Knowledge of database fundamentals
  • Experience with server management and network administration
  • Proficiency in programming languages
