Welcome to Our Off-Grid Rural Hotel, Restaurant, and Permaculture Farm!

We’re opening in July 2025, located in Alta Garrotxa national park near Girona. Our vision is to create a unique, sustainable destination that combines wellness, cycling, yoga retreats, and farm-to-table dining. A chance to be part of a unique, sustainability-focused project.

Must have : Passion for hospitality especially local / natural food and wine. Passion for nature and healthy living. You’re all about having a positive impact on the people and environment you interact with. You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way. Hotel or leisure related experience in a restaurant ideally at managerial level. Experience at front desk a bonus. Be fluent in Spanish / Catalan and English.

Full time Restaurant Assistant / Manager to join our pre- opening team. Running of our day-to-day Restaurant, to create a memorable, effortless experience for our guests – from when they arrive, over the course of their stay and until they get their bill and head off again.

Be part of a small and friendly team where nothing is too much trouble.

You’ll be hands-on and willing to work both restaurant and ideally some front desk.

Key Requirements (NN = Non Negotiable) : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in restaurant position. (NN) Exceptional people skills both for the customer and fellow team members. (NN) Experience in all aspects of restaurant from breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverage service and sourcing, groups. (NN) Multilingual : English, Spanish and / or Catalan required. (NN) Lives locally / legally authorized to work in Spain. (NN) Valid driving license. (NN)

Desirable Attributes : Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a hospitality setting. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of sustainable practices and eco-friendly initiatives. Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Collaborate with other departments to reduce the hotel's environmental impact.
