As a Resort Team Leader, you will lead a team of Resort Customer Helpers – Representatives, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the holiday experience. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor team performance using Management Information (MI) and our digital systems.

Working hours vary and include early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekends. Being on call for emergencies in resort or at the airport is also part of the role.
Successful candidates will have a passion for customer experience, experience managing customer-facing teams, and proficiency with digital systems. Flexibility, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
