Construction Attorney

GS Inima Environment, part of the GS E&C Group, specializes in environmental activities and operates across all project phases: Design, Technology, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance. The company has a presence in Spain, the United States, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and the Middle East.

We are seeking a Legal Advisor / Lawyer to:

1. Prepare administrative documentation for national and international tenders.
2. Maintain information related to government bodies, proxies, and statutes of UTEs and companies at both national and international levels.
3. Prepare legal documentation for renewing the Contractor Classification in the administrative contracting advisory board.

Responsibilities include:

1. Draft and review all types of legal and contractual documentation for projects and other departmental needs (e.g., commercial, construction management, procurement, HR).
2. Identify risks within legal and contractual documents, whether inherent or regulatory, and propose mitigation measures.

Requirements:

• Law degree.
• Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.
• Previous experience in corporate legal advisory roles.
• Advanced skills in Office suite (Word, Excel).
• Legal knowledge in commercial and administrative law.
