We are currently looking to enhance our value proposition by adding top brand assortments. To support this initiative, we are seeking an experienced Partner Program Executive to define and implement operational improvements and communication strategies for our marketplace of top brands and retailers. This role will report directly to the Spain Market Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and recruit qualified agency partners aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance to refine recruitment strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Drive revenue growth by facilitating successful agency partnerships and increasing seller onboarding.
  • Serve as the main contact for agency partners during onboarding.
  • Develop training materials, conduct webinars, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective onboarding of new sellers.
  • Organize ecosystem-building initiatives and stakeholder events.
  • Collect feedback to continuously improve onboarding processes and tools.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners, addressing concerns and offering strategic guidance.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to agency performance, seller acquisition, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, business administration, engineering, or marketing.
  • 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience in consulting, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to engage multiple international stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with a focus on impactful business projects.
  • Good understanding of the local marketplace landscape.
  • Proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level).
