We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a critical CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management) project in the insurance sector. You'll be part of an agile, cross-functional team, working on secure, scalable identity solutions deployed in the AWS cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain IAM / CIAM systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Design and implement new features, primarily on the backend (Java) and occasionally on the frontend (Angular).
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical design for new functionalities.
• Ensure high availability and performance through application monitoring and automation.
• Drive automation of deployment and operational tasks within CI / CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong skills in Java and Angular development.
• Proven experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM); knowledge of ForgeRock Directory Server is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data protection, security protocols, and IAM best practices.
• Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Fluency in English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
