The Business System Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and refining business and functional requirements. They collaborate with team members to translate these requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies, ensuring the delivery of quality products. The analyst will solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, analytics, systems, documentation, or procedures, acting as a sparring partner for the business to identify the best course of action. They support the implementation team and ensure functional documentation of solutions.

Working at NTT

  • Define end-to-end business processes in collaboration with other business analysts.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog for different tooling landscapes (Service NOW, integration services, automation, new product certification process).
  • Evaluate the impact of requirements on business processes.
  • Challenge business stakeholders to improve existing processes based on experience and best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, estimating time and resources for deployment.
  • Act as product owner, establishing priorities and managing the backlog.
  • Liaise with development, architecture teams, or third parties as the single point of contact for functional topics.
  • Support the development team by answering functional questions and reviewing technical decisions.
  • Ensure end-to-end functional integration of the operational tool landscape environment.
  • Support the Solution Lead in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ability to speak both business and IT languages, translating between them.

Technical Skills :

  • Experience analyzing problems using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Design.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Service NOW consultant or in backend tools development (automation, monitoring, systems integration).
  • Experience working in Agile teams, such as SCRUM.
  • Good technical background.

Language Skills :

  • Fluent or native in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
