What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute sales systems, channel infrastructure, development programs, and build the sales team’s capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Urban and Rural GTM strategies.
• Manage channel structure and inputs.
• Develop programs for Wholesale, Superstores, and Chemists.
• Implement visibility initiatives.
• Oversee IT developments like DMS and other Sales IT tools.
• Monitor results and plan distribution and offtake activities.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Achieve channel and program sales targets and improve distribution metrics.

Education

• University degree required; MBA preferred.

Experience

• Over 6 years in FMCG general trade roles.
• Experience in regional SDTM roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
