We are looking for a new colleague in our quality department at our location in Corella .

We are seeking a technically qualified, flexible, highly sensitive to technical requirements, well organized and improvement oriented person to join our Quality team. Supplier Quality manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of suppliers, executing improvement and development plans with them in order to satisfy internal and customer requirements. Additionally, it will be necessary to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs by digitizing your work.
This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and purchasing teams. It also requires the ability to work in international teams, remotely or in person.

What you can look forward to as a Quality Supplier (m/f/d)

• Develop quality plans to meet the requirements established by standards (ISO and IATF) in everything related to supplier management, scheduling quality activities, defining reception controls, carrying out audits
• Coordinate with the quality team to ensure compliance with the specifications of the products manufactured in our plants and the maintenance of quality certifications
• Establish key performance indicators (KPI), define targets and monitor results, supervising together with suppliers the action plans in case of non-compliance with objectives and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with Engineering to define and transmit product quality requirements to suppliers, being an active part in the approval processes (PPAP) of raw materials and components acquired from suppliers
• Collaborate with production, engineering and purchasing teams to ensure availability of materials and resources to support production schedules.
• Follow up on detected non-conformities, analyzing the data, and using tools such as 8D, design of experiments or statistical process control
• Minimize supplier risks using tools such as FMEAs and control plans or statistical process control

Your profile as Quality Supplier (m/f/d)

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering with several years of quality department experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO and IATF quality standards
• Competence in software and management tools, such as ERP systems, Minitab, Microsoft tools (Excel, Access, Words, Teams…)
• Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies (FMEA, MSA, SPC, 6sigma, Lean…)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills, technical sensitivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent language skills in Spanish and English
