We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.
Project: The candidate will act as a liaison between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, collaborating with other business analysts.
- Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements; assist in maintaining a backlog with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
- Review demands to ensure they align with platform out-of-the-box features, following ServiceNow best practices or proposing alternatives when necessary.
- Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
- Stay updated on product evolutions and share relevant information within and outside the team.
- Organize UATs and develop/update key test scenarios with the external vendor.
- Propose improvements within their functional perimeter.
- Lead functional workshops with end users, assist vendors and stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
- Good knowledge of ITIL.
- Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
