Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in developing Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Requirements analysis.
  • Participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Collaborate with the Omega team and/or clients to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance.
  • Work with technology providers as required.
  • Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
  • Validate and test technical solutions against business requirements.
  • Follow software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management.
  • Create technical documentation for projects.
  • Apply best practices to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Mandatory Skills

  • At least 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer.
  • Experience with other CTI solutions like Genesys or Avaya is a plus.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect.
  • Development experience on Salesforce projects.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP services.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
