Test Lead

Test Lead Location : Barcelona, Spain
Hybrid – 2 / 3 days a week from office
Mandatory : fluent in Spanish
Number of years of experience required for the role - 8+ years

Position details :

1. Lead comprehensive testing efforts, including the design, development, and execution of test plans.
2. Develop and implement robust test strategies for manual and automated testing, ensuring thorough test coverage.
3. Utilize exploratory testing techniques and effective questioning to clarify functionality and requirements.
4. Participate in backlog refinement and business meetings to ensure a complete understanding of functionalities.
5. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA team members to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
6. Guide testing across the technology stack, including unit, API, Playwright, and functional/exploratory testing.
7. Oversee a team of automation engineers, assign tasks, and manage delivery timelines.
8. Ensure understanding and implementation of API boundaries and automate appropriate test scenarios.
