Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

We are urgently seeking a QMS Compliance Specialist (DS Network) to join a leading biopharma company’s Madrid site. You’ll support compliance operations across multiple sites, with a focus on training documentation, inspection readiness, and risk management.

Duration : 12 months

Location : Madrid, Spain

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage GMP training files and qualification records in Veeva and SuccessFactors LMS .
• Coordinate training updates, respond to ServiceNow tickets, and support internal audits.
• Assist with inspection readiness and audit tracking across DS sites.
• Support risk register updates and identification of emerging risks.
• Generate compliance metrics using Excel , Power BI , Tableau , and Smartsheet .
• Ensure data integrity, follow SOPs, and complete training on time.

Requirements :

• 1–3 years of experience in biotech / pharma or regulated industry (QA / training / document control preferred).
• Experience with eDMS / eLMS systems (Veeva, SuccessFactors).
• Skilled in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI , Tableau , ServiceNow , and Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
