Business Development Manager - Quantum Computing - AI

Join a fast-growing deep-tech company specializing in quantum computing and AI software solutions. Recognized globally for innovation, we provide cutting-edge tools to industries like finance, energy, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Drive sales to meet or exceed revenue targets for the company’s products and services, including renewals and new business opportunities.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with field and enterprise sales teams, as well as channel partners, to develop and execute effective account strategies.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to identify and address their needs.
  4. Presentations & Demonstrations: Lead advanced solution presentations, showcasing the unique value of the company's products and services compared to competitors.
  5. Technical Coordination: Organize support for demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), evaluations, and training sessions in collaboration with technical teams.
  6. Feedback & Communication: Share insights with technical and marketing teams to improve product capabilities and develop winning sales strategies.
  7. Industry Events: Represent the company at industry shows, conventions, and networking events to enhance visibility and attract new business.
  8. Proposal Development: Prepare clear and compelling proposals, quotations, and value propositions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: A master’s degree (or equivalent) in sciences, engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or consulting, with a proven record of achieving sales targets in technology or engineering-focused roles.

Skills:

  1. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  2. Problem-solving mindset to create tailored solutions for diverse client challenges.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams, including development, marketing, and project management.
  4. Languages: Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
  5. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.
