The company is looking for a Lead Development Representative, based in Barcelona, to be responsible for validating incoming leads and scheduling appointments. You will be contributing to the success of the company, and have great development possibilities.
Main Responsibilities
Work autonomously and use initiative for day-to-day tasks, aligning with strategic guidance
Validate and allocate incoming requests
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to respond and qualify (warm) leads
Allocate incoming leads as opportunities for timely follow-up
Update and maintain Salesforce.com accurately
Receive guidance and coaching from the manager for task recommendations and assignments
Core Skills / Experience
Experience in a target-driven, lead generation environment (preferable)
Personal characteristics : target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and business-savvy
Strong planning skills, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
Effective communication in both verbal and written form
Building effective internal relationships with key stakeholders
