Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in leveraging technology to enhance marketing and customer relationships, with a focus on innovation. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance.
  • Identify technical risks and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
  • Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
  • Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
  • Train end users on functionalities and proper application use.
  • Implement technological advancements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Generate technical documentation and contribute to team training.
  • Share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice and suggest methodological improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; experience with other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
  • Proficiency in development technologies like APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
