Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
- Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with teams to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze and optimize application performance.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
- Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
- Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
- Train end users on functionalities and proper application use.
- Implement technological advancements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Generate technical documentation and contribute to team training.
- Share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice and suggest methodological improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; experience with other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
- Proficiency in development technologies like APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
