We’re currently working with a pioneering cloud infrastructure business with operations across the UK and Spain – and they’re looking for a brilliant Senior HR Business Partner to help shape their next phase of growth.

This role is based in Marbella, Spain and offers the chance to work in a fast-moving, international environment where HR has a seat at the table and real influence on business success.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the go-to HR partner for the leadership team – balancing strategic alignment with day-to-day HR delivery across a European workforce. This is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is commercially savvy, and knows how to bring clarity and calm to people challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Partnering with leadership to embed people strategy aligned to growth and performance goals
  2. Leading on employee relations: disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and conflict resolution
  3. Ensuring compliance across UK, Spanish, and wider EU employment legislation
  4. Overseeing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple functions
  5. Coordinating performance management cycles and supporting L&D initiatives
  6. Managing HR operations, including policy updates, HRIS, benefits coordination, and internal communication
  7. Supporting capability development, succession planning, and workforce design

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in an HRBP role within a scaling or international business
  • Strong understanding of UK and Spanish employment law (EU experience a bonus)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations, policy, and HR frameworks
  • Ability to work across cultures and regions with sensitivity and commercial judgment
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and solutions-focused with a collaborative mindset
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent practical experience)
