Ot Application Manager

We are seeking an OT Applications Manager responsible for strategizing and executing the convergence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of these systems to align with business goals, security policies, and enterprise architecture standards. The Manager will collaborate closely with IT and OT teams to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support competitive advantages, requiring a comprehensive understanding of both IT and OT systems, as well as emerging industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the EA and Governance Framework to streamline architecture and establish standards.
2. Align roles and responsibilities between OT, IT, and external providers for stability and support.
3. Foster collaboration between IT and OT teams, acting as a key intermediary.
4. Identify emerging technologies and assess their impact on IT/OT convergence strategies.
5. Evaluate and improve existing systems' security, effectiveness, and resiliency.
6. Participate in proof-of-concept efforts and evaluate new technologies for operational efficiency.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security, resiliency, and scalability of IT/OT systems.
8. Oversee planning, design, and implementation of IT/OT projects.
9. Develop OT change control, security policies, procurement practices, and audit requirements.
10. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for project success.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST 800-82, CPWE, and ISA/IEC 62443.
2. Familiarity with manufacturing systems (ICS, MES, QCS, data historian, process technology, analytics).
3. Technical experience with OT systems preferred.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Experience delivering compliant IT and OT systems in controlled manufacturing environments.
6. Deep understanding of Operational Technology.
7. Knowledge of current regulations related to computer systems validation.
8. Strong negotiation, troubleshooting, change management, and leadership skills.
