What you will do at Signaturit
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Contact potential clients, also called « leads », through cold calls, emails, and other channels.
- Effectively generate & manage a pipeline of leads from prospecting to qualification to last touch.
- Set up meetings between prospects and Sales (Account Executives, Partners) or Account Managers.
- Report to the Business Development Managers on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Always deliver the maximum level of customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
What we believe should contribute to your success
As an SDR, your responsibilities will include, but may not be strictly limited to:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging discussions and presentations.
