Responsibilities include :

• Communicating with clients to understand freight needs and build strong relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Providing accurate and competitive freight quotes, negotiating terms to secure profitable business within customer budgets.
• Staying informed about company services, articulating value propositions, and differentiating from competitors.
• Creating compelling sales presentations, highlighting service benefits, and assisting with accurate order processing.
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth freight movements and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Conducting market research, providing feedback on market trends, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize revenue.
• Setting and achieving sales targets, adjusting strategies based on market conditions, and staying updated on industry regulations.
• Participating in ongoing training programs and effectively using sales management software and CRM systems.

Ideal Candidate :

• Freight experience of 1+ year
• Quoting & Pricing experience of 1+ year
