Requirements

  • 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Proven ability to drive sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, negotiate agreements, and build long-lasting partnerships
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and communicate them effectively verbally and in writing
  • University degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (when feasible)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in automation, integration, RPA, or data & analytics
  • Fluency in German, French, or other European languages

  • Self-starter capable of managing projects from inception to completion
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and copywriting skills
  • Ability to manage projects with limited resources and tight budgets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the EMEA partner strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners across the EMEA region
  • Activate partners through training, planning, and joint go-to-market activities
  • Host strategic partner QBRs
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Meet and exceed partner-sourced ARR targets
