With an international and growing BDR team, you will lead the Business Development function, driving the team to deliver highly qualified sales opportunities. You will oversee the treatment and qualification of leads from inbound marketing efforts, while also designing and managing effective outbound strategies to generate pipeline growth. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, you will ensure alignment and optimization of messaging, tools, and strategies.
