WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In this role, you will perform tasks including:

  • Satellite Operations Preparation: Support and execute system, segment, and element validation activities.
  • Develop, review, and update Operations Plans and Concept of Operations, including LEOP preparation.
  • Maintain and control ground, flight, and safety operations procedures.
  • Prepare, coordinate, synchronize, and verify databases.
  • Lead validation campaigns.
  • Understand information processing concepts and IT best practices, including real-time systems.
  • Support validation campaigns.
  • Participate in planning and coordination of satellite operations.
  • Provide inputs to planning and feedback during activity execution, supporting critical operations.
  • Monitor and control ground and flight segments during LEOP, a critical satellite mission phase.
  • Operate in console and on-call positions, supporting ground segment users.
  • Monitor performance and perform corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage incidents and anomalies, including reporting and review meetings to meet KPIs.
  • Interface with external entities for data exchange and service outages.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support.
  • Collect data and report KPI status.
  • Prepare, support, and execute integration and verification tasks at system and segment levels.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are seeking experts with experience in satellite operations. Availability to work shifts and provide on-call support if required. Fluency in English. Knowledge of software such as programming (bash, python), operating systems (Linux), incident management (JIRA), and testing tools (Robotframework, qTest, Test Link, Test Rail).
