Job description

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager focused on healthcare innovation and specialized in software medical devices. This role involves leading the development and implementation of transformative projects in healthcare technology from conception to delivery.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between commercial and technical teams, translating customer needs into actionable specifications, ensuring our solutions meet high standards, stay within budget and time constraints, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Project planning and execution
2. Daily customer interaction
3. Team liaison between commercial and product teams
4. Technical and regulatory customer advisory
5. Analysis of functional and technical requirements
6. Providing a holistic view of healthcare processes
7. Defining development specifications and product documentation
8. Participating in product strategy adjustments

Must have

• Proven experience in project management within the development of software medical devices in health, biotech, or digital health sectors
• Specific knowledge of AI applied to health and experience in dermatology or related fields
• Technical proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, or Python
• Understanding of medical device regulation and compliance
• Basic knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, HIPAA)
• Knowledge of healthcare management systems and standards (FHIR, HL7v2)
• Deep understanding of the health industry, including B2B dynamics and regulations
• Exceptional communication skills
• Effective leadership in dynamic environments
• Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Biotechnology, or related fields
