About The Role
Our Growth team drives Revolut’s global expansion by ensuring our product is the preferred choice in target markets through community-driven marketing strategies.
We are looking for an experienced App Store Optimisation Manager to oversee our app store pages, increasing discoverability, improving conversion rates, and maintaining up-to-date metadata.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align ASO initiatives with growth goals and brand messaging.
- Develop and manage ASO strategies to enhance visibility and organic installs on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize app titles, descriptions, and visual assets (screenshots, icons, videos) to improve search rankings.
- Execute A / B tests on store listings and creative assets, analyze results, and implement improvements.
- Monitor app performance metrics daily, including rankings, conversion rates, and installs / uninstalls.
- Create detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, app store algorithm updates, and best practices in mobile marketing.
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years of experience in ASO or digital marketing focused on mobile apps in a high-growth environment.
- Understanding of app store algorithms, keyword optimization techniques, and ranking factors.
- Proven experience in keyword research, app listing optimization, and managing visual assets.
- Familiarity with A / B testing methodologies and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with ASO tools such as App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills and an innovative mindset.
- Curiosity and eagerness to make measurable impacts.
