Siroko is an international brand specialized in sports products, especially related to snow, cycling, gym & training and lifestyle. We currently operate in +40 countries and we work for growing further.

We are looking for a Content Strategy Manager to join our team and support the different business needs and opportunities we have ahead of us.

About the role

Siroko TV is a social network about sport that helps users, athletes, entrepreneurs, brands and clubs monetize their audience. Our goal is to build the most inspiring, authentic and participatory sports community, with content that connects emotionally with the audience.

As Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading Siroko TV's content strategy and ensuring that every editorial action has an impact on the growth, virilization and positioning of the platform. You will work directly with Siroko TV management to define and implement the content roadmap, coordinate a specialized team by sport and establish key relationships with creators, clubs and brands.

What will be your functions / tasks?

  • Lead the content strategy of the platform, in coordination with Siroko TV management.
  • Coordinate a team of people with expertise in content and sports.
  • Design and manage the editorial calendar, defining content, negotiated and balancing with UGC (user generated content).
  • Detect and activate partnership opportunities with creators, brands, clubs and specialized media.
  • Supervise the execution of key content : interviews, videos, highlights, podcasts, viral formats...
  • Define actions that encourage the participation of the Siroko TV community.
  • Ensure the sustained growth of the community : volume, engagement, loyalty.
  • Coordinate with Analytics and UX / UI Design Team to continuously improve the platform’s user experience.
  • Report results, learnings and key insights to management.

What do we expect you to have?

  • Passion for sports and understanding of the language of sports communities.
  • Previous experience leading content teams in digital platforms, media, social networks or startups related to sports or entertainment.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem : platforms, viral formats, UGC content, audience behavior.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sports marketing ecosystem and digital trends.
  • Results-oriented analytical profile and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Spanish native or C2.
  • Advanced level of English (additional language skills are an asset).
  • Initial interview with HR (30 minutes approximately) + language test
  • Interview with HR and Manager
  • Final interview with Manager and CEO
