We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d) who wants to contribute to our Sales Team's growth and success.

Your role at BizAway

  • Support Lead Generation processes in coordination with the Sales Ops Manager & Team Leaders
  • Manage and administer CRM and all commercial tools
  • Create and analyze sales reports for various stakeholders, maintaining data accuracy and accessibility
  • Analyze sales processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Document Sales Operations procedures, including CRM best practices, active flows, and automation
  • Support the sales team with internal requests (ticket management) and identify common requests
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager

Your basic qualifications

  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Operations, or in Operations
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Data Visualization Tools
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills (e.g., use without a mouse)
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards that present information clearly and accessibly

We are also interested in

  • Previous experience in SaaS Sales, CRM Management, SAP, or Data Visualization tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with coding, low-code platforms, AI, or data analysis tools
