We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our CS Laboratory Solutions Team in Spain.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of automation systems and analyzer instrumentation projects in clinical diagnostic laboratories, ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions and products in alignment with customer contracts and guidelines.
As a Project Manager, your main mission will be to mark milestones in the execution of assigned projects.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from bid clarification to successful customer handover, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. Acting as the central point of contact, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and business partners.
During the sales phase, you will clarify technician requirements, define timelines, and contribute to budget estimations for proposals.
In the implementation phase, you will define technical requirements, coordinate site readiness, agree on transition plans, and validate proposals in collaboration with hospital infrastructure departments to ensure all customer needs are addressed from tender to go-live.

Qualifications & Experience :
Technical Diploma or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent proven experience.
4+ years of experience in Project Management or a technical role in healthcare.
Additional Requirements :
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally (up to 60%) and internationally (occasionally).
Residency in Barcelona or Madrid.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit and rendering tools is an asset.
Experience with technical and laboratory workflows related to in-vitro medical equipment is a plus.
Basic knowledge of AI is a plus.
