Project Manager

About the Role As the Project Manager in Spain, you will be responsible for launching SAF Aerogroup’s HEMS operations in Catalonia. You will also drive our long-term strategic development across the wider regions in Spain for additional activities. This is a high-impact position combining operational leadership and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage HEMS bases.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (EASA / AESA) and operational readiness.
• Oversee infrastructure, staffing, helicopter deployment and flight-readiness.
• Coordinate with HR, Maintenance, Safety, Compliance, and Quality teams.
• Build relationships with the client, local authorities and healthcare stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and ensure contract obligations are fulfilled.
• Support strategic growth and future services (training, fleet mgmt., etc.).

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Aviation, Engineering or Business.
• Experience in complex public / aviation projects (HEMS, EMS, aerospace).
• Knowledge of EASA / AESA standards and ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Native / fluent in Spanish, professional English required. Catalan is a plus.
